  • Time is precious asset. Realizing this fact , GBCIL offers its rent collection services through this product where GBCIL enters into Tripartite Agreement with Landlord & Tenet. According to tenor of the agreement, GBCIL credits monthly rent in landlord account on 5th of every month. GBCIL collects rent from tenet on behalf of landlord. Through this product, relieves landlord from tedious rent collection from tenets on nominal collection charges.
